Bolt Security Guard Services is looking for dedicated, experienced, Security Guard for sites involving our Metro Govt. account. Must have an active unarmed security guard license. The schedule is a dayshift 10am to 6pm - Tuesday to Saturday

Skills Required:
- Unarmed TN Guard Card - Required
- Dallas Law Training - Required
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English.
- Previous security experience required
- Should be customer-service driven. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy along with the ability to handle customer service situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with co-workers and the public. Required to investigate and write reports.
- Exercise good judgment and implement instructions.
- Observe, Detect, Respond and Report all security related incidents
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
- Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
- Experienced or ability to learn policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Professional appearance
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Make security rounds in accordance with post orders.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain calm and respond during emergencies
- Ability to interact with people, including difficult customers/visitors.
- Ability to operate a radio, telephone and tour verification device for hourly tour reports.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures.
- Ability to operate CCTV and building alarm systems, when needed.
- First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
Other Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid Tennessee Driver’s License
- Unarmed Security Guard Card issued by TN Department of Safety
- Dallas Law Training
- Must be 18 years of age
