APPLICANT MUST HAVE A RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND SPEAK ENGLISH
We are looking for a reliable Handyman to upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of our Airbnb properties on South Beach.
You will be responsible for maintenance and quality control of apartments before any guest checks in and prepare inspection reports .
Most of our properties have free parking in front for easy access. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Must have basic tools and drills. Technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Undertake light installation or carpentering (e.g. build furniture)
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Assist with electrical and plumbing
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. power outages , water leaks)
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
Skills
- Speak basic English
- Proven experience as handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per day
