Centennial Medical Group (CMG) and FirstCall Medical Center are group practices of Internists, Family Physicians and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners who provide high quality comprehensive primary care. Centennial Medical Group (CMG) and our Urgent Care (UC) locations are looking for experienced professionals to provide excellent patient care at our facilities. We are currently fielding interviews for Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners who diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population. Our providers may refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment. Duties
Customer Service & CMG Staff Responsibilities
· Courteous and pleasant in person, virtually, and with coworkers, patients, visitors, and supervisors.
· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
· Upholds the culture of Centennial Medical Group by always treating patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate manner.
Clinical Responsibilities
Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
Order, perform, interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.
Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
Coordinate work with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other health care providers.
Plan, implement, or administer health programs or standards in hospitals, businesses, or communities for prevention or treatment of injury or illness.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions based on clinical findings
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
- Prescribe medications and other therapies according to established guidelines
- Provide patient education on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Stay current with medical advancements and maintain licensure requirements
Requirements
Maryland License and Certifications
Physician Assistant Certification: graduate from an accredited PA program and pass the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE)
Experience:
2 Years’ experience upon completion of PA Program and Emergency Department or Urgent Care Experience

Pay: $175,000.00 - $245,000.00 per year
