Ro Health is hiring Behavioral Class Aides (BCAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) for the 2023-2024 school year in the San Juan Unified School District of Sacramento. This role involves providing behavioral support, specifically the implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis, to students in grades Pre-K to High School. A full time assignment typically brings you to 30-35 hours/week, which qualifies you for our medical/dental/vision benefits. It is highly preferred that you have previous experience supporting students with special needs, specifically Autism, and have worked in a 1:1 or 1:multiple capacity. We strongly emphasize career growth within Ro Health, providing resources and opportunities for our Paraprofessionals and BCA's to move into the RBT role through our paid 40-hour RBT cohort that we host in the summer Our training runs this year from 7/31-8/4. Requirements:
- Associates Degree VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
- High School Education Verification Required
- Strong assessment skills
