Position Overview:
Pulse Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who thrives in a flexible, patient-centered environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care in patients’ homes. We are currently seeking On-Call RN's for our Southshore area (Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, etc) as well as Part-time and/or Full-time RN's for Orleans Parish and Jefferson Parish, including the Westbank
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Skilled Nursing care and support to home health patients
- Respond promptly to patient and caregiver inquiries via phone
- Perform skilled nursing visits when necessary
- Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately document all patient interactions and care provided
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
- Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
