Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for Class A interior projects

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspections

Maintain project schedules and drive milestones to completion

Ensure quality control across all trades, finishes, and installations

Enforce safety standards and conduct regular jobsite safety meetings

Coordinate with Project Managers on rfis, submittals, and field conditions

Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and site documentation

Communicate effectively with ownership, design teams, and building management
