Monett High School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Wrestling Coach to join our athletic program.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the head coach with daily practices and match preparation
Teaching fundamental and advanced wrestling techniques
Supporting strength, conditioning, and athlete development
Promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork
Helping supervise athletes during practices, meets, and travel
Qualifications:
Wrestling experience (high school, collegiate, or coaching preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work with student-athletes of varying skill levels
