We are seeking individuals to operate aeration equipment on lawns this Fall as well as seeding select lawns also.There is the opportunity for outstanding performers to stay on as permanent lawn care technicians(we will help you get licensed) or to work in other areas of the business. While knowledge in various turf types and lawncare in general is helpful, we are willing to train anyone who has a great attitude towards learning! Think of this as an opportunity to prove yourself!
Aeration Crew Member/Leader Job Duties:
- Safely operate walk behind and ride on core aerators
- Applying different seed types based on shade factors of the lawn
- Loading and unloading machines, spreaders etc
- Managing assigned route and territory
- Communicating with customers and team members professionally
- Delivering a quality job we are all proud of
Lawn Care Technician Qualifications:
- Positive Attitude
- Communication Skills
- Valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Attention to detail
- Delivering phenomenal customer service
Lawn Care Technician Benefits
