Job Description:
AJC Electrical Construction, Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our office with administrative and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organize and file paperwork
- Enter and organize invoices and bills
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to basic emails
- Maintain organized office records
- Assist with general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Previous office experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
