Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager specializing in Residential and Commercial markets to lead our sales initiatives and expand our customer base. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team. Your expertise in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) interactions, and technical sales will be essential to delivering tailored HVAC solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting residential and commercial HVAC markets to achieve growth objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to optimize performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and business partners through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct outside sales activities including site visits, product demonstrations, and consultations to understand client needs and present customized HVAC solutions.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal terms effectively to close high-value sales while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Analyze sales metrics using analytics tools to monitor performance trends, forecast future sales opportunities, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements in HVAC systems—including SaaS (Software as a Service) products—and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage enterprise-level accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.

- Proven experience in outside B2B sales within the HVAC or related technology sectors with a focus on residential and commercial markets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud along with analytics & reporting tools for data-driven decision making.

- Deep understanding of technical sales processes involving SaaS products or enterprise selling environments.
