Independent Financial Advisor – Financial Services (Commission Only | Remote/Hybrid)

We are a rapidly growing financial services firm expanding throughout Houston and the state of Texas. We are seeking independent sales representatives, financial sales professionals, and entrepreneurs who want to build their own business as licensed investment advisors and income protection agents.
This is a 1099 commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential. No experience required—we provide training, mentorship, and company-sponsored licensing.
Sponsored Licensing: Our company will sponsor your professional license after completing training and passing required exams. Licenses include Investments, Life Insurance & Mortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
●Prospect and generate new clients (B2C and B2B)
●Conduct sales presentations and financial education meetings
●Build and manage long-term client relationships
●Educate clients on investment strategies and income protection solutions
●Follow up with prospects and maintain client accounts
●Use CRM systems to track activity and sales performance
●Close sales and meet performance goals

Qualifications:
●Sales, customer service, or business experience preferred (not required)
●Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
●Strong communication and relationship-building skills
●Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
●Comfortable working toward commission-based income
●CRM experience a plus
●Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
