Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Deliver exceptional patient care and leverage your imaging expertise in a dynamic, state-of-the-art environment within a newly launched Free Standing Emergency Room. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled Imaging professional confident in both CT and X-Ray modalities. The assignment primarily takes place in an advanced ER setting equipped with the latest technology—with occasional shifts at the nearby main hospital.
Schedule:
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications
- Experienced in both CT and X-Ray imaging
- Able to work independently while also supporting a collaborative care team
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and protocols
- Professional, reliable, and personable
Preferred Experience:
- Diagnostic imaging in an ER or acute care environment
- Familiarity with GE Revo Maxima CT, GE XR AMX Navigate, and GE Definium Tempo Pro equipment
- Experience with GE PACS, Meditech, and Clario documentation systems
Duties include:
- Perform a range of diagnostic imaging studies (no interventional procedures)
- Deliver high-quality images to support timely patient care within a fast-paced emergency setting
- Collaborate with ER RNs, MDs, and support staff for seamless patient flow
- Flex between the new FSER and the main hospital as needed for coverage
- Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all patient documentation
