Production Technician / Assembler
Pay:
Production Tech: $28-$30/hour ($22-$25/hour for entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude)
Assembler: $22-$26 (10 Percent Differential on 2nd Shift)
Assembler's require less troubleshooting more so looking for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys putting things together!

1st Shift
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Every other Friday off
2nd Shift
- Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Every other Friday off
Flexible scheduling available. We can work with candidates on start and end times when needed.
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Production Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of components, subassemblies, and finished products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, diagnosing failures, and working through complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Successful candidates are naturally curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy figuring out how things work. If you have a strong troubleshooting mindset and like solving puzzles, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Test components, assemblies, and finished products to verify functionality and performance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and functional failures to identify root causes
- Diagnose and isolate system issues using test equipment and diagnostic tools
- Document test results, failures, repairs, and corrective actions
- Support product rework, repair, and validation activities
- Follow established testing procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records and product traceability throughout the testing process
Qualifications Required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow technical procedures and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable using test equipment and diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience in electronics, mechanical testing, manufacturing, maintenance, QA, repair, or field service
- Experience using multimeters, diagnostic equipment, and test fixtures
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, or technical drawings
- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude

We're looking for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting and solving technical problems. Candidates who may not have direct testing experience will still be considered if they demonstrate mechanical aptitude, curiosity, strong critical thinking skills, and a willingness to learn.
If you're the type of person who likes figuring out why something isn't working and won't stop until you find the answer, you'll likely be successful in this role.
