The Midtown Cardiac Neuro Unit is one of Deaconess Midtown's newest specialty care units, bringing advanced cardiac, neurological, and stepdown care together in a unique 19-bed environment. Nurses joining this team have the rare opportunity to help shape a growing unit while caring for a diverse patient population that includes stroke, cardiac, sepsis, complex medical-surgical, and ICU stepdown patients.
With 8 dedicated stepdown beds, this unit offers exposure to advanced cardiac rhythms, bedside cardioversions, titratable medication drips, NIH Stroke Scale assessments, and higher-acuity patient care. Whether you're an experienced nurse looking for a new challenge or a nurse eager to grow your skills, you'll be supported by a structured orientation program, engaged leadership team, and a culture built on teamwork and shared governance.

Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekend Option Nights | 36 Hours Per Week
