We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on a full-time 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift. In this role, you will provide hands-on nursing care, support resident clinical needs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
This position is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a structured clinical environment and is committed to delivering consistent, resident-centered care.
Provide direct bedside nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effectiveness and side effects
Obtain and document vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
Assist with resident comfort measures and daily nursing care needs
Perform wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection as needed
Administer injections and other treatments as directed by clinical leadership
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report findings
Support and collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina
Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred but not required
Competitive pay: $30–$35 per hour
