Building Maintenance
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
- Fabricate and install various components as needed
- Analyze and diagnose problems with building systems and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their needs professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
- Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
