Job Description: Production Fulfillment
Job Type: Part Time
Location: Millerton, NY
Reports To: Production Manager
Irving Farm is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Fulfillment team member to support day-to-day production and order fulfillment operations at our Millerton facility. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment, while also supporting broader production needs as required.
Objectives for This Role Support the Production team in fulfilling daily orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized, clean, and safe production and fulfillment areas. Provide flexible, hands-on support to production operations as business needs require.
Roles & Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Print, organize, and manage order documentation, labels, and packing slips
- Accurately package and label products according to Irving Farm standards
- Prepare completed orders for carrier pickup or delivery
- Verify order accuracy, quantities, and labeling prior to shipment
Production Support
- Assist with production tasks as needed at the direction of the Production Manager
- Support roasting, packing, or other production workflows when required
- Help stage materials, supplies, and finished goods within the production space
Organization & Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment and production area
- Assist with inventory organization, restocking supplies, and basic counts as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs
- 1 year fulfillment experience preferred
- Positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- $16–$20 per hour, depending on experience
- Daytime shifts; flexibility may be required based on production volume
- Paid Time Off
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
