Job Description:
WeCare Alliance NJ is looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Providers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This role involves assisting with personal care, daily living activities, community outings, and implementing individualized support plans.
Pay: $26/hour
Schedule: Flexible hours available (part-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with daily routines and personal care
- Encourage independence and skill-building
- Ensure client safety and well-being
- Foster community integration and social engagement
- Maintain documentation and follow support plans
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in caregiving or direct support is a plus
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Cpr/First aid Certified.
