In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee a diverse team of Property Managers, Leasing Agents and Maintenance Technicians who manage a scattered-site portfolio of residential and mixed-use rental properties, directly impacting strategic owner relationships, risk management, and operational excellence. You are someone who thinks and acts strategically, proactively solves problems independently, and continually seeks system enhancements to drive growth and efficiency and you have the experience needed to implement these systems to a quickly growing organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Strategically Oversee Owner Relationship, Company Performance and BIG Growth!
- Serve as the trusted advisor, coach, mentor and leader to the department heads.
- Anticipate and address risks proactively, aligning company performance with the owner’s goals.
- Lead structured, data-informed department reviews to optimize long-term outcomes and strategic growth
Ensure Compliance & Minimize Risk
- Lead resolution of escalated client & team matters, applying a methodical, solution-oriented approach to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Review legal documentation and represent the company strategically in risk management and during times of political and regulatory change.
- Manage compliance proactively, ensuring the company meets local and federal guidelines for HR requirements, insurance coverage, etc.
Operational Leadership & Process Optimization
- Drive collaboration and accountability within and across all departments.
- Lead the recruiting and hiring efforts.
- Identify, develop, and implement improvements in workflows, technology, organization and systems.
- Resolve operational challenges and improve productivity and efficiency in all departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven leadership, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills running a team of 50+ team members.
- Proven experience “whipping” a company into shape implementing systems to improve productivity while growing revenue.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing processes and department SOPs
- Real Estate License will be required (you can gain this AFTER being hired)
- Familiarity with residential maintenance, property management, leasing and/or construction processes and lingo.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
