Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours guaranteed per week + overtime
General Schedule: Primarily Monday – Friday with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and airport transportation.

Position Overview
A private UHNW family in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and highly professional Family Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for the principals and their children.
The position will primarily support school transportation, the principal's work commute, after-school activities and sports practices, appointments, and airport transfers. The family's children attend different schools and participate in activities throughout the Miami area, making reliability, organization, and safe driving especially important.
The schedule will include busy morning and late-afternoon/evening periods, with significant downtime during the middle of the day. During available hours, the Driver will assist with vehicle care, errands, and general household support as needed.

The ideal candidate is a career private driver who understands the importance of safety, discretion, and trust when working with a family and their children. The family is seeking someone dependable and professional who takes pride in maintaining the vehicles, anticipates transportation needs, and is equally comfortable assisting around the household during downtime.
Candidates with a security, protective services, or former law enforcement background, particularly those with experience supporting private families or UHNW principals, are highly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation for the principals and their children
- Manage daily school drop-offs and pick-ups across multiple schools
- Drive the principal to and from work and the Mrs. to appointments, engagements, and errands as needed
- Transport children to sports practices, after-school activities, appointments, and occasional weekend games
- Provide airport transportation and assist with luggage when needed
- Plan routes proactively, accounting for Miami traffic, schedules, and last-minute changes
- Maintain family vehicles in pristine condition, including cleanliness, fueling, servicing, and routine maintenance
- Coordinate vehicle service appointments, inspections, registrations, and related needs
- Assist with household errands, pickups, deliveries, and light houseman support during downtime
- Communicate closely with the family regarding schedules and transportation needs
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Previous professional driving experience supporting a UHNW family or private principal required
- Excellent references from current and previous employers
- Exceptional driving record with a strong commitment to passenger safety
- Must be comfortable independently transporting children
- Excellent knowledge of Miami and surrounding areas
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional, discreet, trustworthy, and highly reliable
- Flexible with early mornings, evenings, airport runs, and occasional weekend needs
- Willingness to assist with household support when not actively driving
- Previous security, protective services, or law enforcement experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Valid U.S. work authorization
