About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, experienced caregiver for a male client in Ashburn, VA who take pride in helping seniors feel safe, comfortable, and independent at home. If you enjoy meaningful work and want steady support from your office team, we would love to meet you. This is an immediate hire for a caregiver in Ashburn, VA.
What You Will Do
Provide personal care such as bathing (daily shower), dressing, grooming, and mobility support for a male client. Provide intimate personal care, hygiene assistance, and bathing for a male client who requests a male caregiver due to personal and cultural privacy preferences
Assist with heating up meals, hydration, and light housekeeping
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Support clients recovering from hospital or rehab stays
Follow care plans and communicate changes to the care manager
Maintain accurate shift notes and arrive on time for every visits
Schedule is 7:00 am to 11:00 am Monday - Friday with possibility of extending hours.

What You Bring
CNA, HHA, or PCA and at least one year of caregiving experience
Experience with client transfer and mobility support
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Clean background check
A warm personality, patience, and strong communication skills
Reliability and commitment to showing up for your clients
