An established, nationally recognized law firm is hiring an Assistant in Menlo Park, CA, to support attorneys in a high-visibility Silicon Valley office.

What You’ll Do
- Manage attorneys’ calendars, inboxes, calls, travel, and meetings
- Open new matters, coordinate billing, and assist with court filings
- Prepare draft financing and M&A documents, signature packets, and closing binders
- Edit documents, compile research, and assemble marketing materials in PowerPoint
- Partner with IT, billing, and court services to meet deadlines
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Elite, Intapp, PACER, and ECF
- Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work overtime and maintain notary certification
