Patient Coordinator – Atlanta, GA (Remote & On-Site)
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Hours: Up to 160 hours/month (80 hours/month required in-person at AMI Training Center)

About the Role
The Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support the seamless execution of aesthetic medicine training courses. This role is responsible for managing the patient experience, coordinating schedules, overseeing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient schedules and manage bookings
- Communicate professionally with patients via email, text, phone, secure patient portal, etc.
- Screen patients to determine eligibility for aesthetic treatments
- Oversee patient flow and ensure smooth on-site operations
- Prepare and manage patient paperwork
- Schedule follow-up appointments as necessary
- Protect patient privacy (HIPAA)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Aesthetic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage both remote and on-site responsibilities
- Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
