Description:
The Campus Safety Associate plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors on campus. Responds to evening and overnight concerns, while knowing College resources and who to delegate the concerns for a timely and appropriate response.

Lock and unlock campus buildings according to set schedule and events schedule.

Respond to emergency situations routed through the information center and forward messages to the appropriate individual.

Respond to fire and other mechanical alarms.

Basic facilities knowledge of plumbing and electrical safety.

Performs routine and preventative maintenance.

Assist with parking enforcement and reserved parking.

Have thorough understanding and knowledge of campus resources.

Maintain an appropriate level of professionalism and confidentiality.
