As a Per Diem/PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR), you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their independence, regain functional abilities, and improve their overall quality of life. Occupational Therapist (OTR) will conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement and modify interventions to achieve treatment goals.
Occupational Therapist (OTR) Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to achieve treatment goals
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
Educate residents, family members, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Occupational Therapist (OTR) Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) and registered in the state of Missouri
Ability to work Per Diem/PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
