Full-time Patient Service Representative for a busy pediatric medical office in Moberly, MO. Must be experienced in the following duties:
Greet patients and answer phones in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule patients.
Verify insurance and demographics.
Scan documents and paper records into EMR.
Check patients in/out for appointments.
Educate parents/guardians on applicable regulations.
Collect payments/co-pays at the time of service
