As a Line Cook at Keik Restaurant Doral, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Following food safety and sanitation standards to ensure the highest quality.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Handling ingredients and equipment safely, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Adapting to the demands of a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent results.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
- A Food Handler Certificate (Certificado de Manipulación de Alimentos) – this is required.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong team-player mentality.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
