Welder Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$22.00 to $25.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)

Perform TIG welding on thin-gauge cold rolled steel (CRS), stainless steel, and aluminum
-
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings
-
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures
-
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules
Welder Qualifications:
-
Experience welding thin-gauge CRS, stainless steel, and aluminum
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Ability to use measuring tools and perform accurate fit-up
-
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
