Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential crawl space, basement, or foundation issues and provide comprehensive solutions for SwainCo to perform.
- Implement integrated sales strategies that provide opportunities to close the job.
- Educate homeowners on the issues and the solutions.
- Drive company vehicles safely while adhering to all driving laws and safety protocols during site visits and service appointments (if applicable)
- Collaborate with team members and work great with others. Be able to take and follow instructions from management.
- Work in the Indianapolis area and surrounding counties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales in the foundation repair industry or similar field. Min. Of 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the industry, the issues, and solutions.
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation for running leads around the Indianapolis area.
- Clean criminal record
- Commitment to safety standards
