Luxury Property Manager
Seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, mechanical knowledge, and a proactive approach to facilities management. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency and longevity of our facilities, creating a safe and well-maintained environment for all occupants.
Duties
- Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures
- Oversee maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building infrastructure
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to minimize downtime
- Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and facility safety standards through regular inspections and staff training
- Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, schematics, and system repairs to ensure accountability and transparency
Qualifications
- Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams with strong leadership skills
- Mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial troubleshooting
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, Ohmmeters, and engineering troubleshooting techniques
- Experience managing facilities using CMMS software and implementing maintenance repair procedures
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations along with experience conducting safety audits and training staff on safety protocols
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and collaborate with vendors or contractors
- Ability to manage high voltage electrical systems safely while adhering to all safety regulations
