Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. In this vital role, you will coordinate administrative functions, oversee memberships, deal with accounts payable, manage communication with members, and ensure a smooth workflow across departments. Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, clubs software (clubessential), and other computer skills to streamline administrative processes.
- Handle clerical tasks including typing, proofreading, filing, and data entry with precision and efficiency.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using clubs software (clubessential).
- Maintain office supplies inventory, manage office equipment maintenance, and ensure a tidy work environment.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while supporting customer inquiries and providing customer support or client assistance.
- Assist with the needs of members, General Manager, and Board Members.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment.
- Strong clerical experience, including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast/slow-paced setting.
- Previous roles as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant are advantageous but not required.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence coupled with professional phone etiquette and time management skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
