We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer – Developmental to provide mission-critical administrative and customer support services for a key U.S. Government customer.
We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to customers across the organization by managing specialized customer requirements, coordinating complex support activities, and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of mission support functions. The Administrative Support Officer will support business operations through process improvement initiatives, documentation management, customer training, and effective communication while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
The Administrative Support Officer shall possess the following capabilities:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing administrative, operational, or customer support services, preferably supporting Government customers.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, exercise sound judgment, and recommend practical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range: $70,464 - $83,240
