About the Role
As a Duty Cleaner / Floor Tech, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping spaces spotless: Cleaning restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
- Expert floor care (Floor Technicians): Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining hard surface floors with buffing and waxing equipment.
- Trash removal: Handling and disposing of heavy-weight debris efficiently.
- Detail-oriented cleaning: Tackling high-touch areas with precision, disinfecting surfaces, and replenishing supplies.
- Safety first: Complying with safety requirements and using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading janitorial workers is a plus (Supervisors).
- Familiarity with buffers, floor extractors, and other heavy-duty cleaning equipment (Floor Technicians).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Successful completion of a background screening.
- Minimum of one year of experience in floor care preferred.
