Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber
Must be willing to relocate to Chico, CA or the immediate area. Not currently looking for a service and repair technician. Must be able to grab the prints and plumb the project. Must be a production plumber. If you can't top a unit a day you need not apply.
Job includes: Rough-in, top-out, and finish of new custom homes and remodels, multi-family living facilities and commercial plumbing. Replacement of plumbing fixtures in a residential and commercial setting.
Additional requirements: Well-spoken and capable of relaying information to clientele in a clear and concise manner. Have the heart of a teacher. Able to make and act upon decisions. Excellent troubleshooter. Good organizational skills. Ability and willingness to work independently or with a crew of 1 or more people. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and spec books. Clean driving record. Must be physically capable of performing all duties assigned. Graduate of a State approved apprenticeship program a huge plus!
Minimum of 1 year experience at the journeyman level in new construction.
