A nationally recognized accounting & finance advisory firm is seeking Audit Seniors, Experienced Seniors, and early Managers to support Fortune 1000 and large organizations across the Bay Area on high-impact accounting and finance initiatives.
This is a client-facing advisory role working directly with senior finance leaders on strategic projects including IPO readiness, M&A transactions, carve-outs, finance transformation, technical accounting, and financial reporting support.

Compensation
- Base salary generally $100,000+ in the Bay Area depending on experience

Requirements
- 2+ years of external audit experience at a Big 4 or large regional/national CPA firm
- At least one busy season completed at the Senior Auditor level
- CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to thrive in project-based, fast-paced environments
