Are you an experienced dental assistant looking to take the next step in your career? Crown Dental is seeking a highly motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work directly with Dr. Cantu in a modern practice focused on dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation, crown and bridge, and comprehensive restorative dentistry.
We are looking for someone who not only excels chairside but also enjoys leading and organizing the clinical team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with dental implant surgeries and restorative procedures
- Lead and support the back-office team
- Manage clinical inventory and supply ordering
- Oversee the sterilization center and ensure OSHA compliance
- Track and coordinate laboratory cases from start to delivery
- Assist with clinical scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and patient-focused environment
- Train and mentor team members as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Dental implant surgical experience required
- Experience with crown and bridge procedures
- Experience with Curve Dental software preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
