THE ROLE (STORM-SURGE FOCUS)
We are hiring Experienced Roofing Sales Closers for hail-driven insurance restoration work.
You will operate as either:
* *Solo Producer (Ronin) – move fast, close hard, stack checks
* *Team Lead – deploy canvassers, control territory, scale volume
You are expected to:
- Hit neighborhoods immediately after storms
- Self-generate leads (door-to-door, referrals, storm response)
- Perform roof inspections
- Work insurance claims
* Close contracts and drive installs
Storms don’t wait. Neither do commissions.

You must already have:
- Roofing or insurance restoration sales experience
- Proven closing ability (not talk—results)
- Comfort working storm zones and knocking doors
