Clinical Supervisor & Professional Development Leader Develop Exceptional Clinicians. Shape the Future of Behavioral Healthcare.
Some clinicians are excellent therapists.
Others discover that their greatest impact comes from helping other therapists become exceptional.
If you light up when teaching, mentoring, coaching, and developing professionals—not simply signing supervision forms—you may have found your next professional home.
At Breaking Through: A Clinical & Consulting Firm, we believe exceptional clinicians don't happen by accident. They are intentionally developed through meaningful mentorship, honest feedback, clinical excellence, and genuine relationships.
That's why supervision at Breaking Through is different.
We don't just complete supervision hours. We develop confident, ethical, highly skilled clinicians who will positively impact individuals, families, and communities for years to come.
If you're passionate about investing in people, strengthening clinical excellence, and leaving a legacy through the professionals you mentor, we'd love to meet you.
Our Vision
To redefine behavioral healthcare by expanding the reach of healing through innovative, relationship-centered care that empowers individuals, strengthens families, develops exceptional professionals, transforms communities, and breaks through barriers to lasting wellness beyond the counseling room.
Why Breaking Through?
We believe exceptional people deserve an exceptional workplace.
Our supervisors are valued as clinical leaders—not administrators buried in paperwork.
You'll spend your time doing what matters most:
- Coaching and mentoring emerging clinicians
- Providing exceptional psychotherapy
- Collaborating with talented professionals
- Helping shape the culture and clinical standards of a growing organization
- Contributing ideas that influence the future of our practice
Meanwhile, our administrative team manages scheduling, billing, onboarding, insurance coordination, and operational support so you can focus on clinical leadership and developing people.
This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who...
- Finds genuine joy in teaching and mentoring clinicians
- Gives thoughtful, constructive feedback that helps others grow
- Believes accountability and encouragement go hand in hand
- Loves collaborating with talented professionals
- Values humility as much as expertise
- Wants to help build something meaningful alongside a committed team
- Is passionate about developing the next generation of behavioral health professionals
- Wants to make a lasting impact without the responsibilities of business ownership
What You'll DoMentor the Next Generation

Shape Our Culture
Contribute to a workplace built on integrity, teamwork, creativity, curiosity, humility, and excellence.
What Makes You Successful Here
You're more than clinically competent.
You're someone who naturally develops people.
You ask thoughtful questions.
