We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes and a passion for leading teams in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe workplace.

As a Production Associate| Weekend Shift at Connect Housing Blocks, you'll play a key role in creating modular housing units that provide affordable housing for our community. We're looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assembly: You'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, performing tasks that contribute to the assembly of housing units. This includes quality checks on products and parts to ensure we meet our high standards. Our employment process provides simplified on the job training that will put you to work quickly making products that you will be proud of.
- Equipment Operation: Set up and operate a variety of machinery, from presses to drills, and rotate through tasks in the production process. Your ability to adapt and operate different equipment will be key to your success.
- Safety First: Ensure your workspace is safe and clean, following all safety protocols. You’ll also have the opportunity to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, with the utmost care.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
- Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will be on your feet moving for your entire shift. Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
