What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with an interest in digital marketing and a desire to grow their skills in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Candidates should be comfortable learning new software, platforms, and marketing tools, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A proactive, problem-solving mindset is essential. Experience with social media, content creation, SEO, AEO, or other digital marketing initiatives is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands and campaigns
- Support influencer outreach efforts and maintain relationships with creators, partners, and media contacts
- Create, update, and manage online event and show listings across various platforms
- Communicate with venue partners, concierge teams, and third-party partners to support events and promotions
- Provide administrative support for auditions, talent recruitment, and other marketing-related projects
- Monitor and request updates or corrections to online media mentions, listings, and digital content
- Support additional marketing, communications, and project coordination tasks as needed
Key Qualifications:
- 1+ years in a digital marketing role (social media, etc.)
- Comfortable learning new software, platforms, and marketing tools
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, or digital marketing tools is a plus
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, analytics, influencer marketing, or email marketing is beneficial but not required
