Position Overview The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Administrator manages the full cycle of payables and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, collections, and reconciliations. This role supports the finance team by maintaining organized financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals
- Manage customer billing, cash application, credit memos, and collections strategy.
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs
- Generate customer invoices and apply incoming payments
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and general ledger accounts
- Maintain accurate AP/AR documentation and records
- Prepare AP/AR reports for month‑end close
- Resolve discrepancies and respond to vendor/customer inquiries
- Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Deliver weekly and monthly AP/AR dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive AP/AR experience, including ownership of full‑cycle processes.
- Proficiency with accounting software, proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliation processes, and audit documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience improving AP/AR workflows
- Familiarity with reporting or BI tools
- Industry‑specific accounting experience
- Ability to partner with Procurement, Operations, and Sales.
- Background in manufacturing, or multi‑entity environments.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
