Job Summary
DreamMakers Cleaning Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. Mondy thru Thursday 4-9:30pm 2 busineses, one in Richland and one by the hospital. Fridays 5-8pm business in Westmont. Rate of pay $13/hr weekly paychecks. Must have your own vehicle, pass a criminal background heck and drug testing. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our organization. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, to maintain optimal floor care and appearance
- Use chemical agents safely for cleaning, disinfecting, and floor maintenance while adhering to environmental safety standards
- Conduct manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, and equipment with proper techniques to prevent injury
- Basic Office Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas by dusting, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitizing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning assignments
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial environments preferred
- Must be reliable,trustworthy, honest and a hard worker
- Familiarity with handling chemical agents safely and knowledge of environmental services standards
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction
