Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility services, is seeking Mission Control Associates to join their team. As a Mission Control Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mission Control Associate
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Range: 31/hr - $34.10 (Based on shift preference)
Shift: 1:30AM - 10:00AM & 5:30PM - 2:00AM
What's the Job?
- Be the first point of contact for basic remote vehicle troubleshooting
- Support commercial service operations from the service operations command center
- Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operation within your market
- Create and escalate service disruption events via internal ticketing systems
What's Needed?
- Ability to type 45 WPM
- Prior experience with troubleshooting systems
- Computer literacy proficiency
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Proactive and resourcefulness mindset
