Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This role plays a crucial part in attracting new members, retaining existing members, and maximizing revenue opportunities through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role will be also responsible to embed and grow up the marketing culture in the company, as well as hire the department's staff as the company grows. The ideal candidate has a strong background in advertising, e-commerce, and market analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and content
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand visibility.
- Manage the club's online presence across various digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of advertising principles and best practices
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and product management
- Proficient in content marketing strategies and social media marketing
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Knowledge of print advertising techniques is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
