Queens Renovation Group is growing, and we're looking for a reliable renovation professional to become our go-to field partner.
We handle the marketing, lead generation, customer communication, scheduling, contracts, and project management. We're looking for someone who can meet homeowners, prepare accurate estimates, and complete high-quality renovation projects.
This is not a salaried position. You'll be paid once the projects are awarded and completed.
Responsibilities:
- Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Inspect residential renovation projects
- Take measurements and prepare estimates
- Provide recommendations and renovation solutions
- Complete projects with quality craftsmanship
- Coordinate any additional workers or subcontractors as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Deliver projects on time and on budget

- Kitchen Renovations
- Bathroom Remodels
- Flooring Installation
- Interior Painting
- Drywall & Sheetrock
- Framing
- Tile Installation
- Trim & Finish Carpentry

- General Interior Renovations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential renovation experience preferred
- Able to estimate residential renovation projects accurately
- Experience managing small renovation jobs
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Honest, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently
Compensation:
- This is a profit-sharing opportunity.
