We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cosmetologist and Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling, hair extensions, and barbering services tailored to client preferences.
- Perform nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
- Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Utilize color theory to recommend hair color options that complement clients’ features.
- Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized recommendations for services and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.
- Upsell retail products based on clients’ needs while demonstrating knowledge of retail math to manage inventory effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques, including esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion.
Experience
- Proven experience in cosmetology with a valid cosmetology license.
- Strong background in nail care techniques with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with hair styling, body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and other beauty services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their beauty goals.
