Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in supervising all kitchen staff, ensuring smooth shift operations and high team morale
- Lead food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining consistency and presentation standards in line with fine dining expectations
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
- Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate on menu planning and development to introduce innovative dishes that delight guests
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of quality cuisine
- Support training initiatives for kitchen staff on culinary techniques, safety standards, and service excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams effectively
- Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and food handling safety practices
- Experience with banquet service, catering, and large-scale event support is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities during busy shifts
- Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and coordinate with front-of-house staff
