Experienced Infant Nanny Needed for Sweet 4-Month-Old
Jovie is seeking an experienced, dependable nanny to provide loving and attentive care for a 4-month-old baby girl in Blue Springs, Missouri.
This is a great opportunity for a professional infant caregiver who enjoys working with young babies and is confident creating a calm, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Schedule & Pay
- Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays
- 9:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 16.5 guaranteed hours per week
- $17–$20/hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Position runs approximately mid-September through mid-December
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for a 4-month-old infant
- Follow the family's established feeding and nap routines
- Comfort and soothe baby as needed
- Support age-appropriate developmental activities and tummy time
- Prepare bottles and assist with infant feeding
- Maintain a clean and organized baby area
- Complete baby-related tasks such as bottle washing and infant laundry as needed
- Communicate with parents about baby's day, routines, and development
- Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
Ideal Candidate
The family is looking for someone who is:
- Experienced and confident caring for young infants
- 2+ years of professional infant care experience preferred
- Mature, responsible, and dependable
- Calm and confident when soothing a baby
- Detail-oriented and attentive to baby's needs
- Happy, bubbly, warm, and friendly
- Professional and comfortable communicating with parents
- Comfortable following established routines and care preferences
Requirements
- Professional infant childcare experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Professional childcare references
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Must be comfortable working in a home with two cats
