We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a friendly, fast-paced environment. If you're organized, dependable, compassionate, and thrive in a team setting, we'd love to meet you!
In this position, you'll serve as either the welcoming face of our practice or a skilled clinical assistant. Your fluency in English and Spanish will help ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth while creating a positive patient experience.
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance and patient information, and manage the daily schedule using Eaglesoft.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain the highest infection control standards.
- Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Take digital dental X-rays and 3D scans, documenting findings accurately for treatment planning.
- Monitor patient flow to help appointments run efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist with procedures in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other dental specialties.
- Process instruments and materials according to OSHA and infection control protocols.
- Support billing, insurance verification, treatment documentation, and insurance claims as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as both a Dental Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator in a dental practice.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental practice management software.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, clinical procedures, digital dental X-rays, sterilization techniques, and infection control.
- Understanding of dental insurance, patient records, and treatment documentation.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a busy practice.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
