Desired qualifications:
Soulistic Hospice is passionate about providing extraordinary care to those we serve, therefore an energetic and capable Registered Nurse who is efficient and flexible will thrive in this position. Excellent clinical & critical thinking skills are required.
Registered Nurses with ER, ICU & float pool experience, can also be a great fit for this dynamic hospice position.

Our Admission’s Registered Nurse is responsible for:
- Patient assessment regarding eligibility
- Completion of required comprehensive documentation
- Initial plan of care
- Required teaching of patient and family
- Making patient visits in the absence of an admission as needed

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
